Job Title: Growth Marketing Officer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Growth Marketing Officer to drive the growth and visibility of the NauNauSOS App. You will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that engage our target audiences, increase app downloads, and boost user retention. Your goal is to position NauNauSOS as the go-to personal safety solution for parents, students, and communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Growth Strategy
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive growth marketing strategy tailored to NauNauSOS’s core audiences: parents, students, and individuals concerned about personal safety.
    • Identify and execute opportunities for user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Campaign Management
    • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, social media (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn), and Nextdoor.
    • Launch targeted campaigns to promote subscription plans and the Campus Ambassadors program.
  • Content Marketing
    • Collaborate with content creators to produce engaging content such as blogs, videos, and infographics that highlight safety tips and the app’s benefits.
    • Leverage NauNauSOS’s Medium blog and Pinterest to reach and engage users
  • Analytics and Performance Tracking
    • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as app downloads, active users, churn rate, and customer lifetime value (CLV).
    • Use data insights to optimize marketing efforts and report progress to stakeholders.
  • Partnerships and Outreach
    • Build relationships with schools, parent-teacher organizations, and community groups to promote NauNauSOS.
    • Support partnerships with organizations like NCPC (National Crime Prevention Council).
  • Campus Ambassadors Program
    • Manage and grow the NauNauSOS Campus Ambassadors initiative, ensuring ambassadors are equipped with marketing tools to promote the app effectively.
  • Social Media and Community Engagement
    • Manage social media accounts to engage followers and drive app awareness.
    • Respond to inquiries, comments, and reviews to build trust with the audience.
  • Innovative Marketing Initiatives
    • Experiment with viral marketing, referral programs, and influencer partnerships to increase app visibility.
    • Implement retargeting campaigns to convert leads into users.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years in growth marketing, digital marketing, or app marketing.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in SEO, SEM, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, App Store Connect).
    • Strong understanding of social media platforms and advertising.
    • Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
    • Creative problem-solver with a results-driven mindset.
